I’ve been investing with Assetz Capital since June 2015 but I wanted to find out what really goes on behind their closed doors.

Assetz Capital’s team offered me the chance to come to Manchester and tour the office and have a chat with CEO Stuart Law and Senior Marketing Manager Sophie Howarth.

I accepted their generous offer and hopped on the train for a snoop around Assetz Capital’s offices.

After my visit, here are some of my Assetz Capital observations:

  • Larger sized company with other 100 staff members and room to grow
  • Loaned over £1bn to SME’s and property developers
  • Loan book continues to grow
  • Experienced underwriting team
  • Has some challenging defaults that are being handled to recover maximum capital

Every company including Assetz Capital has its pros and cons so I recommend reading my full Assetz Capital review to find out more about the company.
