Peer to Peer Lending Site Allocations June 2016
Want to know which peer to peer lending sites I’m currently investing in? Here are my current allocations as of June 1st 2016:
Added Allocations:
Assetz Capital (Like new loan offerings + using GBBA as instant access)
Funding Secure (Acquired jewelry loans)
Property Moose (Acquired piece of interesting property)
Saving Stream (Acquired property loans)
Reduced Allocations:
Ratesetter (Moved a small amount of funds to Assetz Capital)
Exiting Completely:
Rebuilding Society (Disappointed by defaults & underwriting quality)
Funding Circle (Falling % rates not worth the risk of unsecured lending)
Bondora (Dislike high volatility and default rates)
Lending Crowd (Assetz Capital is a better option)
When I first began thinking of investing into peer to peer lending, it was overwhelming. There was so many options and so many questions. Which peer to peer sites were reputable, which were safest, how did they operate, were they sustainable? It took months of research to answer these questions. After all was said and done, I thought it would be helpful for you to know which peer to peer lending sites I use and think are worth a look.
